This ad is for someone trustworthy and personable who is interested in co-signing a 1 year lease beginning September 1st for 1 Bedroom in a Large 2 Bedroom apartment. Because you'll be co-signing the lease you'll need to be able to provide credit info/salary & employment documentation.

I've been living here for a year so you don't have to worry that there's anything wrong with the apartment, it's been a fantastic place to live. And it's rent stabilized, so you know you're getting a great deal!

The N, D, M, and R trains are minutes away, and a brisk walk will get you to downtown Park Slope (great shops/restaurants/etc.).
