Hey there,
I have a room in Manhattan (Inwood / Washington Heights) which is available at the moment for people who needs a staying for a couple days (maximum 2 weeks).
Just 75$ per Day or 450$ per week
The room is in an apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living room and also a kitchen which will be shared with the other roommates. The room is furnished with a closet, pc table, one new orthopaedic mattress, a LCD-TV, DVD-Player and Wireless High-speed Internet connection (WLAN) is also available in this room. If you need a 2nd mattress just let me know that.
The subway station is very close and u have to walk just 5 minutes to the A-Train an 8 minutes to the 1-Train. It takes you in 25 minutes to midtown 34th Street Penn station.
The area here is a mixed area with Latin American people but it is “Save”.
A supermarket, a laundry and 24h deli are also available in 5 minutes within walking distance.
Actually it is my own room at the moment, but I thought to earn a little bit money for it, to use it later for travelling after my internship here in the states. The prize is a complete prize! I think it is a fair prize and a great deal for both sides.
