HI,

I´ve rented a 3 room apartment in new york for 1500 dollar from June 2006 to September 2006.
As i won`t be able to pay the costs on my own for a longer time, i would be pleased of getting a roommate.
I haven´t seen the apartment yet, but a fellow student claims its nice up there and is situated in the heart of the city.

The response of the hirer:

The apartment is between 550 an 600 square feet. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a stove. It also has a sink. It is unfurnished. You can get some inexpensive furniture in new york. if the student left furniture in the apt, we leave it for the next student.
